The Jordan brand has always gone head to head with the counterfeiters, and last year’s 23 seemed to be a nail in the proverbial Poo Chen coffin. The final “numbered” Jordan was so intricate that it was practically impossible to fake. For its 2009 sneaker, Jordan will again attempt to take on the Sunday Morning Slingers with a sneaker that is detailed as crap and features a varied series of features and fabrics. The new shoe, dubbed the Air Jordan 2009 has enough pieces, and will take so long to rip off, that the Jordan crew is banking on the night time factory guys just saying “f it” and sticking to putting out Pigeon SBs.
We got our hands on these photos, so take a look. There have been some leaks around the web, but not like this. What do you think? Cool? These are a success as far as we’re concerned. The details on these sneakers are crazy.
I have asked at several shoe stores as footlocker, footaction, champs,and hibbett. Everyone knows they drop on 2/14 but no one knows if they will have them for sale. does anyone know what stores are getting the shoes? they aren’t even posted for sale on Flight Club
