DC LIFE Dress Sneaker, $120
For it’s premium LIFE collection, DC might not have naming conventions on lock, but they do have a great grasp on materials sourcing. This leather low top is made of a super buttery leather and is available now at company lifestyle boutiques. We’re guessing that means retail locations with either a Dave’s Quality Meat or Fred Segal feel.

The ALIFE brand does a great job of bringing modern color and material stories to classic silhouettes. For this Barneys collab, which drops today, ALIFE takes inspiration from the Stan Smith and combines street scribble and the colors of the rich and famous (gold, red, and silver) for a shoe that goes beyond the tennis court.

Audet x Reebok Pump Omni Lite Gold
The Audet x Reebok Pump Omni Lite is the ultimate marketing fuck up. When images of this shoe leaked back in December 2007, everyone went nuts. Where can I get them? When? It turned out that it was a Japanese release from the store Audet that winter, but would hit US stores in June 2008. June came and nothing. They just dropped two weeks ago with a silent splash. Shitty for Reebok? Yes. Good for you? Definitely.
Just in case the images don’t do it justice, you’re looking at mustard suede on the cuff, gold/mustard 3m on the top panel, gold snakeskin on the quarter, and gold metallic on the lace holder. Cop them now at Karmaloop for $100 or the silver ones at Huf for the same. Hit the jump for detail shots.
