Terry Kennedy, going nuts. This guy is the best. [World Star Hip Hop]

Yesterday, we made a snide comment that “The Mayor” is probably a drug dealer. We should have been more specific: He is is the Nike Design Team’s drug dealer. Hahahaha. Look at all of this shit! Taste isn’t the first word that comes to mind, but man the dude has a lot of AF1s. [The Shoe Game]

Nike Sportswear Air Elan Pinnacle QS. Yes, we know we’re late. Worth the click if you haven’t seen them yet. [Hypebeast]

DC x Agnes B. Double Label™ Project

DC x Agnes B. Double Label™ Project

DC Shoes is teaming up with French fashion label Agnes B. as part of its ongoing Double Label™ Project series of footwear collaborations. This shoe is set to drop on March 15th at Agnes B. stores and online at dcshoes.com for $130. An installation at the Agnes B. flagships is in the works, probably for some time closer to April 1. If a pearly/metallic blue sneaker is a bit much, look for it to drop in a khaki and black colorway at the same time.

Hit the jump for detail shots, the leather on this puppy is buttery!

Holy awesome. Cole Hann Flywire. See it for yourself. [Hypebeast]

Sneaker News just posted a grip of new Bespoke Air Force 1s by “The Mayor”. Just to kind of bring you in on this: Bespoke Air Force 1s are made by appointment at Nike Sportswear’s 21 Mercer St. flagship in New York City, and they cost $800. The Vans Owen Hi LS has gotten some legs on the Crooks and Castles and 5boro NYC tip, but this new colorway goes all in on the Jordan influence. [Hypebeast]

Divided Footwear Makes Fashion Kicks For $25

Divided Footwear for H&M

We’ve been a little harsh in the past when talking about garmento produced sneaker takeoffs, but we have to give props to Divided for these recession-friendly Gold mid-tops. Stocked in H&M stores around the country right now, the Lanvin-esque fashion shoes, clock in at a measly $25. Yeah, we’re not kidding $24.90. Even if you wear them once, they’ll be worth the investment. Check detailed shots that would make Paris fashion-week goers cop below…

Supra Drops A Limited Skytop At Zumiez?

Ding-dong: BS alert. We’re big fans of Supra over here at the BLVD but we’re a little too sharp to fall for the digital propaganda it’s pushing over at its website. The Cali-based skate brand posted this new colorway of this Skytop and made it a point to include that the sneaker was “limited and currently available at Zumiez.”

Limited anndddd at Zumiez? Oxymoron. According to wikipedia (the end-all-be-all for fact checking) there are over 300 Zumiez stores in 25 different states. That’s a lot of shelves, homies. We’re guessing you can find these pretty easily, but if you’re nervous you might miss out, run for the malls tomorrow.

‘Lil Penny rocks NY to hype ‘09 Nike releases

‘Lil Penny at Santos’ Party House, via Va$htie

Nike Basketball is going hard in ‘09, re-releasing the Eggplant Foamposites, and soon a series of Penny Hardaway re-issues and hybrids to get hoops fans fired up. While everyone is nostalgic for Penny, do they really want to shell out over $100 for the kicks? That’s for the Nike marketing machine to help you figure out. First we saw them seeding these Nike 1/2 Cent (Penny)s, and now a series of ‘Lil Penny sightings has hit the net. Don’t remember the little guy? ‘Lil Penny was Anfernee Hardaway’s alter ego (voiced by Chris Rock) who appeared in several commercials, game intros, and even rap videos in the mid to late ’90s.

‘Lil Penny has been seen courtside at the Knicks vs. Boston showdown, partying his ass off at Santos’, and setting up some Bespoke Air Force 1s at 21 Mercer Street in New York. Is this enough to get you to buy the 1/2 Cents (coming in the next couple of weeks), the Penny II LE’s (third from bottom, coming soon), or the Penny IIIs (out now)? Up to you. Hit the jump to see ‘Lil Penny the mack’s great moments from this past weekend, and some of the videos that made him famous in the ’90s.

Buy This Now: Y-3 Hayworth II Low

When it comes to Y-3 footwear, some fits can get a littttttle bit skinny. Luckily Yohji offers the Hayworth, the least fashion-y silhouette out of the bunch that drops in schemes that won’t get you laughed at. The high-tops have always hit for fans of Y-squared, but the brand isn’t half-assing the design on the lows either. These suede/nubuck make-ups just became available online are make for a solid pre-spring go-to. Get them for a pricey $270 Here.

Spring is in the air, at least up in the North East. Gourmet is feeling it, and they’re giving some insight into the new shit. [Gourmet Blog]

SeaVees x Pantone. Fancy? More like “Kanye on a yacht”-y. [Selectism]

Opening Ceremony sneakers. Cool, but not for whatever they’re going to cost. We’re going to stick with the shop’s hardbottoms (sick). [HYR Collective]

Polka dot Jordans. Too late. [Sneaker News]

Nike Sportswear GTS ‘09 Canvas

Nike Sportswear GTS ‘09 Canvas

The swoosh is king here in sneaker land, and the daily influx of $100+ kicks can be daunting. Not that you’re going to buy every pair, but sometimes its nice to see a pair of sneakers that you can cop with the money you save on taking a night off at the bar or by downgrading your restaurant choice on a date with your girl.

These Nike Sportswear GTS ‘09 Canvas are a perfect spring sneaker, and they come in at the perfect price: $55! How sick is that? I can feel these on my feet and the warmth of Spring already. Well, not really, it’s actually brick ass cold outside, but I just cued up a beach screensaver on the ‘ol MacBook. Hit the jump for detail shots of these bangers, and check nikesportswear.com for retailers if you want to cop them. These just hit stores, so full size runs should be in stock this weekend.
