While we were cooped up in our offices for the past few days, we sent out some Sole BLVD foot (Ryan Babenzien from Puma) soldiers to document their time spent at the Sundance Film Festival. Hit the jump to see what you ‘ve been missing if you were trapped in your cubicle.
Just got back from Sundance…It’s still going on, but the opening weekend is usually all that one needs to do to get the best of the Festival. It’s always cool to catch up with people you haven’t seen in a minute, and maybe even meet a few new ones. Saturday nights 50 Cent performance up at the Vitamin Water house was the highlight of the evening….Yeah, I was too busy drinking that I didn’t even get a pic, but the Crowd was filled with a few Celebs (Kim Kardashian, Chris Rock, Robin Thicke) but the real stand out to me was this crazy band, Nylon Pink. They didn’t perform, but this girl Kat was walking around the event posting Nylon Pink flyers all over the $20 million house! Now that’s gangsta!

• Of course, we got in plenty of eating while we were in town. This guy was pretty good.

• Had to do a few work things. The Police are one of my all time favorite bands so when Sting popped by the Puma booth, that was a nice hit. Check out all of their shit before Synchronicity for you youngens who don’t know about that.

• Ashton Kutcher also came by. Not sure if he k-fedded Demi or it’s the other way around?

• Spent some time up on the Mountain. Weather was a balmy 42 and the sun was blazing! I used to ski a lot when I was a kid but then switched to SnowBoarding. I haven’t been on skis in 15 years but wanted to see what the parabolics are all about…Gotta say, it was fucking fun! I’m not tossing out my Arbor yet but I might step into another set of skis this year….

• And then, it was basically over…Back to LA on trusty SW. Oh, our boy John Sally was courteous enough to hand out blankets to everyone on the plane and make a few announcements “don’t forget to tip your waitress”. Still a team player even with all the rings!
